Join us for a unique series of free, educational webinars on the topic of Positive Psychology presented by Dr. M. Gloria González-Morales​ of the University of Guelph. Learn from current research and credible tools to create safe, healthy, productive and inclusive workplaces. ​

We spend most of our awake time working. Workplaces should not only be safe and healthy, but they should also be a place for people to grow and feel fulfilled. Positive Organizational Psychology focuses on workplace well-being to learn how to enrich of our work lives and the organizations that shape our society. It takes into account both the roles played by the individuals to lead their own development and by the organizations to create flourishing responsible workplaces.

These webinars will showcase ways that we, as individuals, can attain optimal psychological functioning and experience at work, and how healthy organizations and leaders facilitate the resources and conditions that need to be put in place for this to happen. The webinar series will cover how we can foster positive interactions and thriving communities through Positive Organizational Psychology. 

Many of our webinars qualify for professional education credit. Receive letters of attendance for small administrative fee of $15, or free for WWDPI members.
