Cameron is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Work Wellness and Disability Prevention Institute. As a global centre of excellence mandated to create and sustain work wellness, prevent disability, eliminate impairment-related job loss, Cameron works with a wide variety of academic, industry and labour partners in achieving the institute's goals.
After spending 25 years in emergency health services, Cameron worked in various managerial roles within healthcare and research organizations where he built a reputation for developing high performance teams and incubating new business strategies. Cameron firmly believes that an organization's competitive advantage over its competitors relies on its greatest resource, its people and understanding how to maximize their potential.
Amongst his academic accomplishments, Cameron holds a Masters of Arts Leadership degree from the University of Guelph, a Doctor of Education degree from Creighton University and Post Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behaviour from Harvard University. In his spare time, Cam enjoys fishing and golfing.
